  We had an old broken bed and mattress, and decided to take a chance and go to Mattress Firm. Steve greated us right at the door, got our story, found out which type of mattress we both liked and exhibited expertise and patience as we decided between two great options. Answering all our questions about split box springs, delivery, finance options and more we left knowing we were getting a great bed delivered the very next day for a reasonable price. Granted, we could have gotten away marginally cheaper online, but without someone like Steve to guide you in the right direction we could easily have been stuck with something we didnt like, or a litany of returns, exchanges and a poor experience. Two nights in the bed and both our backs feel better, and productivity during the day has improved. Thanks Steve for not being pushy, that felt as though we were shopping with a friend not a mattress consultant.

  Steve at Mattress Firm was just amazing .
  He went out of his way to find me a tempedic mattress of my dreams:)
  It was so amazing that I asked him to find me another one for my upstate house:)
  Thank you Steve I will see you in 10 years for my next mattress:)
