  Used to be a very regular customer, came in tonight... 30 mins ago to be exact to purchase a replacement glass for my Cleito 120, $10 later found out they packaged the Authentic Cleito box with a counterfeit glass that did not fit my tank... I called and was asked to come in for an exchange, and was told that they were not the person there to sell me the order and that they will have a conversation with them about it. Lol whatever. Wish I could post photographs.
  I'm sure I'll be thrown to the wolves like the rest of them claiming, "Can't please them all" or How we as the consumers must not know about our products.
  I pay with REAL money, and I expect an AUTHENTIC product that actually fits. Hell, what do i know?
